These apply to all our other offers, and explain our terms on free delivery, free gifts, and online voucher codes. Please read these as well as the terms of specific offers.

1. When you use an offer you accept our terms and conditions relating to that offer (in legal terms you are deemed to have accepted them and agree to be bound by them).
2. If the offer says something different than what's written here (for example, that it covers delivery charges), then we'll go with what the offer says.
3. Unless the offer says otherwise, you can only use one promo code or discount offer per order. You can't combine offers.
4. Veloriginal staff can't use special offers or promotions, unless agreed by management.
5. Some products may be excluded from offers. As this varies by offer you'll need to check individual offer details for such exclusions.
6. Offers don't apply to any delivery charges unless expressly stated.
7. If we give you a refund, it'll be for the price you actually paid, taking into account the offer or discount. And if you return a single product from a multi-buy offer, our refund will mean that you've effectively paid full price for the products you keep.
8. You can't use offers for gift vouchers or gift-cards.
9. We can decline your order, if we don't think the promo code or offer used is valid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
10. Online offers can only be used on www.Veloroginal.com and our mobile site or kiosks. They are not valid for purchases made in our pop up stalls or over the phone unless expressly stated in the offer.
11. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time, with reasonable notice.
12. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Free delivery applies to orders of £45 or over placed online at veloriginal.com, excluding international orders.This offer is not available on the "2 for £40 t-shirt" offer, Gift Vouchers and Giftcards, Delivery is normally charged based on the weight of the parcel irrespective of the number or type of items. Social Media Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Veloriginal Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

WHAT IF THE ITEM YOU WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SIZE I REQUIRE ON THE WEBSITE?

If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we are temporarily out of stock. To check status on when new stock will be available, please feel free to contact us by email contact@veloriginal.com

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?  DO YOU EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately we do not process exchanges but we no problem with a refund for any items returned within 14 days.
Just send back your return and we will process a refund to your original payment method.
If you want to re-order any replacements, do so online as a new order.
Follow the “Returns” link on the website and you’ll find all the return details you need as well as a form to download and send back for your refund.
Please ensure the items you are returning are unworn and any original tags attached

 

HOW DO VELORIGINAL MEN’S TEES FIT?

Our Men’s tees are a semi fitted design. The fabric weight is 180gsm. As there is no such thing as a “standard” size for tee shirts, best to consult our Size Guide on the product page to make sure you get the size you need. All Veloriginal tees are 100% cotton. They do shrink up to 5% (in length) after warm washing and drying so please bear that in mind.

 

HOW DO VELORIGINAL WOMEN’S TEES FIT?

Our women’s tees are a semi fitted design. The 100% cotton fabric weight is 120gsm. The body of this tee tapers in at the waist and back and out slightly at the hips. Please see the size guide on the product page.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE FOR YOUR T – SHIRTS

Yes, indeed we do! To view the size guide for an item, simply click on ‘Sizing Guide’ tab on each product page. Please note that sizings are always approximate and as with all manufacture, minor variations do occur within production batches. If in doubt, probably wise to go up a size for safety as our 100% cotton tees will shrink a little after washing.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders using the Royal Mail second class service which is untracked.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard Free Shipping Orders: Within 7-10 working days from order as per the Royal Mail guideline for this service. Please note delays of up to a month can occur on occasions with this service. After one month we classify anything not delivered as lost. If this should occur then we would send a replacement order using a tracked express service at no additional cost to the receiver.

Returns Policy

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU’VE PURCHASED?

No problem, we will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please ensure returns are sent with original packaging and labels, unwashed and unworn (other than being tried on for size) condition and we will process a refund for your returned item(s). Please note we cannot exchange items, only refunds are available.

For us to process the return and refund accurately:

  • Circle the item(s) you are returning on the packing list received with your delivery or your original order confirmation email. Alternately your order number will be OK to process your refund.

We ask that any item returned to us has all labels intact and that the garment is folded neatly and in original condition, so that it can be resold. Please note, where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for a refund.

ORDERING ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE?

Just re-order the product you are wanting on the Veloriginal website so that you can secure what you want and get the replacement as soon as possible. Please note we cannot exchange items – we will refund the original item purchase.

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?

The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived to us, so please select whatever shipping method you feel is suitable, however you will need to use a tracked service if you want confirmation that your return has arrived with us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Please allow 7 business days from the date your parcel is delivered to us for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Our staff will check your returned items are in an acceptable condition and we will process a refund back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed you receive an email confirmation of your refund.

For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

I HAVE ALREADY WORN MY VELORIGINAL CLOTHING, CAN I STILL RETURN IT?

Sorry but no. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn (other than tried on for size and fit) or washed. Please steer clear of strong perfumes or deodorants and make up when trying on garments as they may leave a scent of mark which would render the return unsellable and unable to be refunded.

I HAVE RETURNED MY VELORIGINAL GARMENT FOR A REFUND BUT HAVE NOT  HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM VELORIGINAL.

The typical shipping time for items to arrive back to Veloriginal is between 3 to 10 days. We recommend a tracked mail service if you want confirmation that your return has arrived back to us. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of their arrival back to our head office address. Our staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.

WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

All Veloriginal products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. Faults can occur however from time to time that slip through the quality checking processes. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us (“Contact Us”) within 7 days of receiving the item.

I NEED TO CHANGE A GIFT THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS ORDERED

You will need to get the original purchase details from the buyer as we can only issue refunds for returned items, exchanges are not possible. If you are unable to access these detail we should be able to trace them for you from our order records so that the refund can correctly be processed back to the buyer.
